Manager, Patient Innovation Center

We are looking for a Patient Innovation Center Manager to join Parexel. In this brand new position, you will have the opportunity to innovate and improve the patient and caregiver clinical trial experiences and their outcomes. To accomplish this, as a PIC Manager you will support colleagues with delivery of projects for the Patient Innovation Center. You will participate in activities to help secure new business, build and deploy new tools and services, ensure excellent performance against business and project goals, build strong internal and external relationships, and support marketing activities.

Key Accountabilities: Support the business with key insights and deliverables from PIC activities Participate in key strategic initiatives to support the improvement of offerings including the development of new processes and products. Continually scan the landscape to ensure awareness of key PIC engagement developments Support operationalizing PIC engagement strategies Use patient insights learned from patient representatives and serve as internal champion to incorporate patient perspectives into all appropriate initiatives Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners and communicate accordingly. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Commercial and other key partners to optimally manage relationships that ensure alignment and effective execution of the PIC strategy. Support training of Solutions Consultants and other internal stakeholders Generate ideas for new PIC tools and services by maintaining a keen interest in competitive intelligence, exploring other industries for technological advancements, liaising with internal stakeholders, reviewing new regulatory guidance, and engaging patients. Identify and propose strategies, procedures, systems, technology, etc. to improve productivity and efficiencies. Promote Parexel’s ‘Patients First’ philosophy Qualifications

Skills and Experience required for the role: Educated to degree level (biological science, pharma or other health related discipline preferred) or relevant clinical or business equivalent. Have a sound knowledge of patient centricity in a relevant clinical research role at sponsor/CRO e.g., project leadership, sales, patient recruitment. Good understanding of the health technology development and access processes Passion for improving the patient and caregiver experience in clinical trials Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a full workload across multiple projects, prioritize activities to deal with uncertainty and change Ability to apply good judgment and lead problem solving within the team A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and solid presentation skills. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Fluent English
