As a Line Manger in Regional Sales, you’ll be responsible for reaching and exceeding sales targets within your region.

Strategically, you’ll manage market research, sales plans, and target setting, monitoring and reporting. Operationally, you’ll coach and motivate your team members on a daily basis, helping to drive success. You will be responsible for 14 experienced medical sales representatives (GP & SP) with a portfolio in gynecology.

As a Line Manager in Regional Sales, you’ll also have operational responsibility in creating innovative solutions and empowering others to do so with the perspective of launches in new therapeutic areas.
