Business Operations & Capabilities Director

Job Overview

Plans, schedules, directs, controls, monitors, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of programs and/or projects specific to a particular industry or specialty. Develops and analyzes sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business processes and tools. Monitors and troubleshoots process issues; completes root cause analysis to resolve process issues and identify system enhancements for improved processes and reporting; and liaises with Business Units to monitor and ensure the effective operation and utilization of integrated solutions by all employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and processes across departments, functional areas and teams to deliver holistic solutions

• Lead and manage Partner relationships that are essential to delivering growth, including planning, coordinating and executing across all strategic and operational initiatives for a designated portfolio

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive business operations and augment outcomes

• Communicate findings (supported by fact-based analysis) and insights effectively both verbally and in written form including authoring executive-ready presentations

• Support overall strategy, long range planning and budgeting

• Contribute to the building, mentorship and retention of an outstanding, high performing team

Experience

• Typically requires 7 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Knowledge

• Requires extensive knowledge of multiple job areas obtained through advanced education and experience.

• Viewed as a leading expert within the field by peers.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant career field is required; Master's Degree is preferred
