Job Overview
Plans, schedules, directs, controls, monitors, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of programs and/or projects specific to a particular industry or specialty. Develops and analyzes sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business processes and tools. Monitors and troubleshoots process issues; completes root cause analysis to resolve process issues and identify system enhancements for improved processes and reporting; and liaises with Business Units to monitor and ensure the effective operation and utilization of integrated solutions by all employees.
Responsibilities
Manage projects and processes across departments, functional areas and teams to deliver holistic solutions
Lead and manage Partner relationships that are essential to delivering growth, including planning, coordinating and executing across all strategic and operational initiatives for a designated portfolio
Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive business operations and augment outcomes
Communicate findings (supported by fact-based analysis) and insights effectively both verbally and in written form including authoring executive-ready presentations
Support overall strategy, long range planning and budgeting
Contribute to the building, mentorship and retention of an outstanding, high performing team
Experience
Typically requires 7 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Knowledge
Requires extensive knowledge of multiple job areas obtained through advanced education and experience.
Viewed as a leading expert within the field by peers.
Education
Bachelors Degree in a relevant career field is required; Master's Degree is preferred
