Bewertung der Wirkung von Streptococcus salivarius k12 Probiotikum bei der Behandlung von Parodontitis: Eine randomisierte kontrollierte klinische Studie
Ziele: Die Verwendung von oralen Probiotika als Ergänzung zur Behandlung von parodontalen Erkrankungen ist als vortonisierender pathogener Mikroflora und der Regulierung der Immunantwort des Wirts von Vorteil. Ziel dieser klinischen Studie war es, die klinische, mikrobiologische und biochemische Wirkung von Streptococcus salivarius (S. salivarius) k12 -probiotischer Tablette als Zusatz für Skalierungs- und Wurzelplanen (SRP) bei Patienten mit Stadium 3 zu bewerten.
Methoden: Die Studie umfasste 30 systemisch gesunde Patienten mit Parodontitis im Stadium 3. Nach einer nicht-chirurgischen parodontalen Behandlung wurden die Teilnehmer dem Test (SRP+probiotisch, n = 15) oder der Kontrolle (SRP, n = 15) zufällig zugeordnet. Die Patienten in der Testgruppe verwendeten 30 Tage lang probiotische Tabletten. Clinical (Plaque index (PI), gingival index (GI), bleeding on probing (BOP), probing depth (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL)), microbiological (Porphyromonas gingivalis, Treponema denticola, Tannerella forsythia, Prevotella intermedia, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Fusobacterium Nucleatum) und biochemische (IL-6, IL-8, IL-10) wurden zu Studienbeginn (vor SRP), 30, durchgeführt. und 90. Tage. Die Daten wurden statistisch analysiert.

Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- Männlich oder weiblich im Alter von 18 bis 60 Jahren,
- Keine systemische Erkrankung,
- Keine parodontale Behandlung in den letzten 6 Monaten,
- Keine Antibiotikatherapie in den letzten 6 Monaten,
- Diagnostiziert mit Parodontitis im Stadium 3 gemäß der Parodontalerkrankung 2017
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Parodontitale Behandlung innerhalb von sechzehn Monaten,
- Rauchen,
- Patienten mit systemischen Gesundheitsproblemen wie Diabetes, rheumatoider Arthritis, neurologischen Erkrankungen, Lungen- und Nierenerkrankungen,
- Schwangerschaft oder Laktation,
- Akute orale Läsionen oder nekrotisierende Ulcerosa -Parodontitis.

Aktiver Komparator: Testen Sie Grubu
|
Die Patienten in der Testgruppe wurden angewiesen, einmal täglich 30 aufeinanderfolgende Tage eine Tablette zu nehmen.
Probiotikum wurde in Tabletten verabreicht, die 1x109 CFU/G S. Salivarius K12 enthielten.
Patienten in der Kontrollgruppe erhielten nur eine nicht-chirurgische parodontale Behandlung.
