Trainings Coordinator (m/w/d) Unterstütze uns bei: Der Durchführung von pre-onboarding und onboarding Prozessen für neue Mitarbeiter Der Organisation und Koordination von Schulungen im GMP/GLP-Umfeld im Rahmen des onbaording-Prozesses Der Sicherstellung, dass die Mitarbeiter alle geforderten Schulungen absolvieren und alle gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erfüllen  Der Überwachung des Lernfortschrittes der Mitarbeiter Beurteilen der Effektivität von Schulungen und Feststellen der Auswirkungen auf Fähigkeiten von Mitarbeitern und KPIs Durchführen von Schulungsbedarfsanalysen und Identifizieren von Wissens- oder Kompetenzlücken, die es zu schließen gilt Der Erstellung von Ablaufplänen, Broschüren, Trainingsunterlagen, Trainingsnachweise etc. Der Entwicklung von Schulungsprogrammen zur Anpassung an Prozessänderungen, neuen Inhalten der Geschäftsbereiche oder geänderte Vorschriften (regulatorisch oder firmenintern) bzw. zur Auffrischung der erforderlichen Schulungen Sammeln von Feedback von Schulungsteilnehmern und Trainern  Der Durchführung von Train-the-Trainer-Einheiten für interne Fachleute Der Implementierung von e-learning Konzepten und Leistungskontrollen

  Überzeuge uns durch: eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Bachelor in Bildung, Schulung, Personalwesen oder vergleichbar Berufserfahrung als Trainer, Trainingskoordinator, Trainingsmoderator oder Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen didaktischen Funktion Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungsveranstaltungen in einem Unternehmensumfeld (inkl. Bedarfsanalyse, Planung, Entwicklung, Koordination, Nachweiserfassung, Lernstandserhebung, Überwachung und Auswertung) Umfassendes Wissen in Bezug auf die Instruktionsdesign-Theorie und -umsetzung Erfahrung mit E-Learning-Plattformen wie MS Teams und Zoom Verständnis von Anforderungen in einem regulierten Umfeld, u.a. GXP, Labor- und Arbeitssicherheit Train the Trainer Ausbildung wünschenswert Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und Kommunikationsstark Starke analytische Arbeitsweise, die „über den Tellerrand denkt“

With more than 50 years of experience and proven regulatory expertise, the Charles River Biologics group can address challenging projects for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
