We are excited to announce that in partnership with our client, we are currently looking for  Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join our team.  In this position, you will promote products in the migraine space. The Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining adoption and utilization of the drug. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products.  The sales representative is also responsible for coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory.

Base salary range:  $30.00 to 32.00 per hour ($62,400 – 66,560 annual) + bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will demonstrate ability in these areas; Specific responsibilities and tasks may extend beyond the below; however, these are descriptive of the role

  • Receive inbound calls if needed during operating hours and place outbound calling to physicians’ office to deliver product messaging using visual aids and other resources for fulfillment of services
  • Execute brand strategy and effective sales calls, effectively delivering specific messages to physician offices by liaising with receptionists, office-managers and other office staff
  • Engage targeted HCP in in-depth informational/promotional communications on product(s) and services provided in compliance with Amgen policies
  • Ensure clear notes are taken for each call made and dispositions are entered into CRM
  • Document project compliance requirements including adverse events

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • 1+ years experience in pharmaceutical or b2b inside sales or service required
  • Successful demonstration of selling capabilities in a remote only environment
  • Ability to partner with field Key Customer Managers to support key customer accounts
  • Profile and manage a target list of healthcare professionals to drive brand impact
  • Ability to deliver a targeted selling message in a way that feels authentic and relational – not impersonal and focused on merely getting the message out
  • Account mapping, total office call capability
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an office including clinical discussions with prescribers 
  • Ability to successfully complete all product training tests and certifications
  • Proven track record of success in a competitive environment with documented performance a strong plus
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to appropriately support Product access – PA navigation, Co-pay card for eligible commercial patients, coverage,
    • Experience with MMIT a plus
  • Internal team collaboration and communication
  • Service support mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • All the Required Qualifications, plus:
  • Related experience in the Migraine space
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory with minimal supervision
