Essential Functions

・Business Analyst for Automation opportunity assessment and implementation support

・LEAN/Automation project supporter who support LEAN leader by handling logistics of project such as meeting coordination, work-out preparation, data analysis and so on.

・Trainer/instructor of LEAN/Automation training

・Technical supporter for IT system implementation

Qualifications

【Required skill and knowledge】

・Basic IT knowledges

・Project management

・Business-level English (focusing on reading and writing)

・(Nice to have)LEAN and/or Automation

【Work experience】

 ・At least 3 years of experience in project management or support

 ・(candidates who work in Sier or Tech consul), more than 3 years of IT consulting experience

 ・(candidates who work as Internal IT) 2~3 years of experience in implementing business improvement at  companies such as the Corporate Planning Office.
