Client Services Associate II, PCS

事業拡大に伴い、日本国内のサービスを強化するため新たにClient Service Associateを増員募集します。

【職務内容】

- クライアントのニーズを把握し、翻訳の範囲と見積もりの提案をする。

- クライアントの期待値を管理し、パートナーシップを強化する。

- 必要に応じて、最終提案書を期限内にクライアントに提出する。

- クライアントのニーズに合致した成果物を作成するために、明確で簡潔なプロジェクト指示を作成する。

- プロジェクトの運営にあたってチームメンバーとクライアントの業務連携をサポートする。

- 緊急の問い合わせやタスクを効果的かつ迅速に管理し、プロジェクトのタイムラインを維持する。

- 部門の継続的なプロセス改善を支援する。

※クライアント=ICONグローバルにおける全部門。

【特徴】

・業務は読み書き・会話を含めて9割以上が英語です。日本国内外、様々な地域のprojectがアサインされる予定ですが、日本国内からの依頼であっても英語でご対応いただくことがございます。

・当ポジションは手を動かして翻訳いただくことは想定しておりません。社内から上がってきた翻訳依頼のコーディネート業務となります。部門内に翻訳担当者もおりますので、将来的に社内異動の可能性はございます。

【応募要件】

■必須（Must)

大学卒以上、または同等以上の学位保有者

翻訳会社または企業の翻訳部門における、project managementや翻訳コーディネーターのぎ経験

ビジネスレベルの日本語力と英語力

マイクロソフトオフィスを使用して業務が可能な方

CRO業界でのご経験をお持ちの方
