How will you make an impact?

Organize and supervise Quality Control projects, resolves delivery dates, and tracks on time delivery of projects. Coordinates timelines and updates SmartSheet trackers for MS&T team. The position requires using recognized standard processes for developing, initiating, planning, implementing, controlling and closing projects.

  • Demonstrate and promote the company vision of the 4 I's: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
  • Work on sophisticated issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for acquiring results.
  • Work is reviewed periodically by management and measured based on meeting objectives.

What will you do?

  • Lead the planning and tracking for the Quality Control organization's capacity planning, compliance, and critical projects.
  • Resolve project team issues and drive progress to completion to the required standard (both internally and at times with the customer).
  • Communicate regularly with the Quality leadership, technical, and customer teams.
  • Report on the initially agreed upon customer and internal results and share progress, issues, and risks.
  • Track project timelines, costs, and resource estimates to ensure they are prioritized, timely and within budget.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining standardized project management templates.

How will you get here?

Education

  • HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Program Management Certification seen is a plus

Experience

  • 5+ years relevant experience based on education required
  • Business development, sales product specialist or marketing experience within relevant field application technology and/or instruments preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leaders toward a common goal of achieving business objectives
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and respond appropriately to change
  • Effective oral, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
