Position Summary:

1、This role is equally passionate about driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for both the pre-sales process and post-sales installation, training and troubleshooting.

2、Works closely with customers to identify market opportunities through development and commercialization of new applications on systems.

Main Responsibilities:

1、Accompanies Sales Representatives to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries.

2、Performs product demonstrations in the field or lab.

3、Prepares and presents seminars to customers, potential customers and employees as requested. 4、Plans and delivers user meetings in the field application.

5、Attends technical training and scientific meetings to gain information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting

Qualification:

1、PhD major in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or related majors.

2、Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in flow cytometry, microplate reader, HCS and microscopy.

3、Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill. 4、Excellent client-facing and internal interpersonal skills. 5、Location in Suzhou or Nanjing
