Senior Demand&Supply Planner

Job Description

•Daily replenishment by stock type and item category, manage purchase order release and execution.

•Ensure that AB/LA lines are up to date, timely maintain adjustments on PO lines.

•Prioritize PO and rescheduling according to different scenarios, closely work with suppliers for PO expediting.

•Closely work with logistics team for tracking GIT.

•Closely work with warehouse team if any GR issue.

•Reserve inventory, adjust PO according to pre-order request.

•Provide supply forecast to suppliers according to demand forecast and inventory status.

•Regularly check lead time and delivery performance for each inter-company vendor.

•Support commercial/OM to understand the supply status, complete judgement report as request.

•Run the performance review process with factories/logistics to track the end to end PO.

•Communicate with factories for their capacity and identify capacity constraints, predict recommend solutions and mitigation plans to remove bottlenecks.

•Continuously improve the supply availability and reliability through substantial collaboration with demand planning and factory supply chain teams.

•Continuously improve inventory structure, reduce E&O and excess stock.
