At our corporate offices in Argentina Buenos Aires.

How will you make an impact? (Objective)

General reception tasks. GM Executive Secretary and Regional Director. HR and Finance support tasks.

What will you do? (Responsibilities)

 - Performs general support tasks related to real estate projects and activities.

- Coordinates the purchase of products and services, raises purchasing requisitions, submits payment requests for invoices, monitors billing of payments.

- Ensures accurate vendor records in company systems for contractors and suppliers, as needed – submits vendor setup requests, vendor change requests, etc.

- Composes, copies and distributes correspondence and memoranda, reports, documents, and forms as requested.

- Arranges travel schedules and reservations, prepare expense reports and ensure submission in a timely fashion.

- Works on updating and submitting documentation for upload in lease databases.

- Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to handle different tasks as needed.

- Maintains accurate records and enters data, including financial, project and supplier database records. J

How will you get here?

Education: - High school/secondary school graduate or professional certification.

Experience: - Previous clerical or administrative experience (comparable to 0-2 years). Or - an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - Knowledge of administrative procedures and organization systems. - Level of English – B1 and above. - Good Microsoft Office skills. - Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify and set priorities and optimally perform a variety of task simultaneously. - Ability to deal expertly with highly confidential information and matters. - Good attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work with financial data and contracts. - Positive demeanor and ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
