Frederick Site Coordinator

Position objective:

Reporting to the Frederick Site Leader, the Frederick Site Coordinator supports the Frederick Site leadership team with engagement, and administrative needs. Your role is crucial to the success of LSG operations by enabling streamlined and efficient communications among the various members of the Frederick Leadership Team (FLT) and driving engagement across the site.

Essential Functions:
  • Partner with the BRG's at the Frederick site to drive collaboration with the business so that we can achieve unified goals.
  • Engage with the FLT to help drive accountability towards sitewide objectives.
  • Come up with innovative ways to drive participation in the EIS survey and help drive the creation of roadmaps.
  • Plan and coordinate town halls and executive site tours at Frederick.
  • Build strategic partnerships with community colleges and other local institutions.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed to include travel booking and calendar scheduling requests.

Qualification/Requirements:
  • This is an onsite role that requires navigating multiple site buildings across the campus. Must be comfortable being self-directed and working with minimal direction.
  • Must be comfortable running errands to include getting food or snacks for the site or making store trips for the Frederick site leadership.
  • Must collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite of software applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Concur, Workday for reporting, and SAP.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize multiple challenging tasks and demands.
  • Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Associate’s degree in business, finance or english and progressively responsible experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform duties.
