Supplies Compliance Administrator Lead

Among other assignments, the Resource Planning team within CLS is responsible for ensuring compliance in component selection for the design of the trial.The Supplies Compliance Administrator Lead will work in close collaboration with the Labcorp Sourcing/Procurement team to identify candidate compliant supplies and product. The incumbent will be accountable for searching through various sources to identify products and follow the technical and compliance requirements to support the supplies demand. The Supplies Compliance Administrator will partner with the Sourcing/Procurement team to provide product details and therefore support their sourcing activities. The Supplies Compliance Administrator Lead will also support the gathering of supplies compliance information and the various processes underlying supplies compliance administration. Primary task :

Search and identify candidate supplies to match technical and compliance requirements.

Partner with the Sourcing/Procurement team to obtain technical and compliance information and support their sourcing activities.

Retrieve supplies information from manufacturer’s documents and websites to support CLS database data entry including but to limited to compliance information.

Maintain compliance documents and information by following dedicated process to ensure document library and CLS database compliance information remain up to date

Liaise with the Supplies Implementation Manager to support the supplies changes implementations
