Regional Market Development Manager

We are looking for a result driven and innovative Regional Market Development Manager to help build and implement marketing strategies and programs for a robust portfolio of single-use consumable solutions supporting a variety of modalities. This is an exciting and evolving market that requires dynamic and adaptable marketing efforts.

The candidate in this role will need to successfully work within a highly matrixed organization to develop regional, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and build and manage tactical execution to achieve marketing and revenue targets. This individual should have a strong background in regional or business marketing, with a demonstrated ability to optimize marketing efforts by channel and funnel stage and drive alignment with the commercial sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns to drive demand of single-use technologies.
  • Develop sales enablement material and training and return voice-of-sales / voice-of-customer to the business.
  • Develop a robust lead generation and sales opportunity funnel through promotional initiatives and marketing-led events such as webinars, customer events and tradeshows.
  • Partner with Global SUD colleagues to provide input to the global strategy and drive tactical programs and projects, localizing as needed for the NAM region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using this information to define marketing strategies.
  • Deliver monthly reviews of marketing objectives versus plan and produce critical metrics to ensure the achievement of the marketing plan. Proactively optimize programs to exceed targets and address underperformance.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommending improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Stay informed about bioprocessing industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • May perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management and/or science.
  • Experience in a global marketing, regional marketing, or commercial role, preferably within a services environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience driving marketing programs and campaigns that result in marketing return on investment with a direct impact to revenue.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated competency to plan, implement and measure with a strong sense of urgency to drive strategy to action.
  • Successful track record of achieving results through and in collaboration with others.
  • Self-starter, capable of working with minimal guidance.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.
