Responsibilities:- Determine manufacturing processes and equipment to produce flawless products
- Collaborate with teams from different departments to successfully implement process improvements
- Analyze root causes and resolve manufacturing issues
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality control procedures
- Promote adherence to industry standards and safety guidelines
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
