Responsibilities:

• Determine manufacturing processes and equipment to produce flawless products
• Collaborate with teams from different departments to successfully implement process improvements
• Analyze root causes and resolve manufacturing issues
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality control procedures
• Promote adherence to industry standards and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
