Tablet Quality Control Technician

Position Summary:

  • To maintain tablets for use by onsite staff and ensuring the warehouse has adequate stock to fulfill orders
  • To ensure that compliance with all Federal health regulations is upheld and/or acquired
  • To track all tablets and tablet accessories, providing proper maintenance and periodic QC checks per established SOP, and ensuring that in-house stock is accurately represented
  • To keep detailed records of all tablets and their status
  • May be required to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts during peak weeks

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Processing tablets for Outbound picking by performing QC checks and charging batteries
  • Inventory tracking and maintenance of all tablets and tablet accessories
  • Maintaining Federal regulatory compliance regarding PHI collection
  • Assisting with tasks in other departments (e.g., Outbound, Kitting) as needed

Skills Required:

Proficient in Excel Organized Well versed with Android and iOS platforms Good written and oral communication skills Ability to use PCs for basic functions (e.g., using web browser, checking email) Ability to use Android phones and Bluetooth scanners

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional and warehouse environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines as well as tablets and other mobile devices

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Lift/Carry boxes and lab equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.  Sanitize and wash hands frequently, as you may be exposed to bio-hazardous material/waste.
