腰痛はリハビリテーションの相談を受ける主な原因の一つです。
患者がどのような治療法を選択するかにかかわらず、最初の患者評価で診断を確立することは、その患者に特定の治療計画を選択するために不可欠です。
証拠に基づいた医学は、ほとんどの手技療法専門家にとって現在のゴールドスタンダードであり、すべての手技療法専門家に共通する唯一のツールである触診に信頼性を与えるために、多くの研究が行われてきました。
触診に対する検査者間の信頼性が許容できる割合であることを実証できた研究はほとんどない。
この研究は、慢性的で非特異的な腰痛を持つ患者に対するオステオパシー評価の検査者間の信頼性を検証するために、グローバルな検査体制、評価者のためのコンセンサストレーニング、症状のある被験者の傷害歴へのアクセスを組み合わせて行われる予定である。

包含基準:
- 18~60歳の男女
- 非特異的な腰痛の病歴がある必要があります(既知の病理によるものではありません。例: 椎間板ヘルニアまたは椎間板変性疾患)現在炎症を起こしておらず、過去8週間に炎症を起こしていない
- 連続 3 時間利用可能である必要があります
除外基準:
- 腰痛の原因が分かっている患者さん
- 過去8週間以内に症状が再燃した患者
- 現在リハビリテーションを受けている患者、または過去8週間に徒手療法を受けた患者。
- 痛み止めの薬を毎日服用している患者さん
- 妊娠中の女性
- 主な病状:骨折、変形性関節炎、炎症性疾患、強直性脊椎炎、多発性硬化症、癌、麻痺性脳卒中、または最近の脳震盪歴
- 参加者が評価を完了することを妨げるその他の条件
