본 연구의 목적은 경험이 5년 미만인 2명의 정골의학 평가자가 만성 비특이성 요통 환자에서 원발성 병변 또는 제한의 동일한 위치 및 특성을 결정할 수 있는지 여부를 결정하는 것이다. 글로벌 정골 요법 평가 접근법.

허리 통증은 재활 상담을 받는 주요 원인 중 하나입니다.
초기 환자 평가에서 진단을 확립하는 것은 환자가 추구하기로 선택한 치료 유형에 관계없이 해당 환자에 대한 특정 치료 계획을 선택하는 데 필수적입니다.
증거 기반 의학은 대부분의 도수 요법 전문직에 대한 현재의 황금 표준이며 모든 도수 요법 전문직이 공통적으로 공유하는 하나의 도구인 촉진에 신뢰성을 부여하기 위해 많은 연구가 수행되었습니다.
촉진에 대한 검사자 간 신뢰도의 수용 가능한 비율을 입증할 수 있는 연구는 거의 없습니다.

- 18-60세의 남녀
- 비특이성 허리 통증의 병력이 있어야 합니다(알려진 병리학 때문이 아님. 추간판 탈출증 또는 퇴행성 질환) 현재 자극을 받지 않았으며 지난 8주 동안
- 3시간 연속 사용 가능해야 함
제외 기준:
- 허리 통증의 원인이 알려진 환자
- 최근 8주 이내에 증상이 급격하게 발생한 환자
- 현재 재활 중이거나 지난 8주 동안 수동 치료를 받은 환자.
- 진통제를 매일 복용하는 환자
- 임산부
- 주요 의학적 상태: 골절, 퇴행성 관절염, 염증성 질환, 강직성 척추염, 다발성 경화증, 암, 마비 뇌졸중 또는 최근 뇌진탕 병력
- 참가자가 평가를 완료하지 못하게 하는 기타 조건
