包含基準:
- 成人患者(18歳以上)。
- 原発性免疫不全を呈する。
- -自動ポンプまたは注射器を使用して自宅で免疫グロブリンの皮下注射を少なくとも1か月受けた 包含時に。
- 治験責任医師が自宅で Gammanorm® 165 mg/mL の皮下注射による免疫グロブリン補充療法を維持することを決定した患者。
- 患者から自由に与えられた書面によるインフォームドコンセント。
- 出産の可能性のある女性は、妊娠検査 (ヒト絨毛性ゴナドトロピン [HCG] ベースのアッセイ) で陰性の結果を示さなければならず、研究期間中、信頼性が証明されている方法を使用して避妊を実践する必要があります。
除外基準:
• 別の介入臨床研究に参加し、研究登録前 3 か月以内に治験薬を受け取る。

各患者は、クロスオーバーデザインに基づいてランダムに割り当てられたシーケンスに従って、2 つの研究された送達デバイスのそれぞれを使用して、Gammanorm の研究治療を受けます。 • ポンプしてからシリンジ 自動でプログラム可能なコンパクトなポンプ (CRONO SUPER PID など) を使用すると、患者は活動を中断することなく動き続けることができます。 患者は、2 ~ 4 つの部位 (腹部、太もも、上腕、腰) で最大 40 mL/h の注入速度で複数の部位に同時に注入できます。 したがって、注射器を使用した SCIg の迅速かつ手動の投与は、投与期間を短縮することによって代替方法を表すことができます (1 つまたは 2 つの部位で同時に 1 回の注射で約 10 分)。 注射は患者様ご自身で行っていただきます。 注入速度は通常 1 ~ 2 mL/分です。 低粘度の製品を使用すると、注入が容易になる可能性があります

各患者は、クロスオーバーデザインに基づいて割り当てられた順序(シリンジとポンプ、またはポンプとシリンジ)に従って、中間のウォッシュアウト期間なしで、それぞれ3か月の2つの連続期間で治療されます。
したがって、研究治療の合計期間は、各患者に対して6か月になります。
評価は、LQI スケールを介して実施されます。
