これは、患者の治療ニーズを調査するための質的研究研究であり、うつ病の症状が高まっているACS患者への個別面接(ACS以来の期間[ACS後2年以下およびACS後2年以上]で階層化;各層N=10人の参加者)を含む。適応されたMBCT介入に対する好み、および将来の介入研究手順(つまり、ビデオ会議による介入と乾燥血液スポットの収集)に対する障壁と促進者。 また、治療に興味はあるが現在はうつ病ではない ACS 患者のニーズをよりよく理解するために、うつ病の症状が高まっていない ACS 患者 (N=10) への個別面接も行われ、将来のアウトリーチと治療開発の取り組みに情報を提供します (合計 N=10)。 30)。 面接は対面、電話、ビデオ会議のいずれかで行われます。
