연구 개요
상세 설명
이것은 우울증 증상이 상승한 ACS 환자의 개별 인터뷰를 포함하는 질적 연구입니다(ACS 이후 시간에 따라 계층화[2년 이하 및 2년 초과], 계층당 N=10 참가자). 적응된 MBCT 개입에 대한 선호도, 향후 개입 연구 절차(즉, 개입의 화상 회의 전달 및 마른 핏자국 수집)에 대한 장벽 및 촉진제. 또한 치료에 관심이 있지만 현재 우울하지 않은 ACS 환자의 요구를 더 잘 이해하기 위해 우울증 증상이 상승하지 않은 ACS 환자(N=10)의 개별 인터뷰를 포함하여 향후 지원 및 치료 개발 노력(총 N= 30). 인터뷰는 대면, 전화 또는 화상 회의로 진행됩니다.
참가자는 여러 방법으로 모집됩니다. 먼저 참가자는 MGH Research Patient Data Registry(RPDR)를 사용하여 식별됩니다. 참가자는 자격 여부를 사전 심사하고 옵트아웃 서신을 발송합니다. 환자는 전화나 이메일을 통해 거부할 수 있습니다. 옵트아웃하지 않고 자격 요건을 충족하는 환자에게는 전화로 연락을 드립니다. 전화로 연구에 관심을 표명하는 환자는 자격 심사를 완료합니다. 연구 자격 기준을 충족하는 환자는 연구 등록에 대한 구두 동의를 완료합니다. 둘째, 입원환자 및/또는 외래환자 병원 클리닉, 지역사회 정신 건강 클리닉, 지역사회 사업체(예: 커피숍) 및 소셜 미디어 플랫폼. 광고는 환자가 연구에 대해 더 알고 싶은 경우 연구 직원에게 연락하도록 요청할 것이며 선별 절차는 RPDR 환자에 대해 위에서 설명한 것과 동일합니다. 마지막으로, 환자는 의료 제공자(예: 심장 전문의, 정신과 의사)의 직접 추천을 통해 모집됩니다. 제공자에게 연구에 대해 알리고(예: 팀 회의에서 짧은 프레젠테이션을 통해) 환자에게 제공할 광고 자료를 제공합니다. 환자는 제공자가 제공한 정보를 사용하여 연구 직원에게 직접 연락하거나 제공자가 환자의 정보를 가지고 연구 팀에 연락하여 연구 팀이 환자에게 연락할 수 있습니다. 제공자는 연구팀이 환자에게 연락할 수 있도록 환자로부터 구두 동의를 얻습니다.
일단 등록되면 참가자는 반 구조화 된 대면 개별 인터뷰에 참여합니다. 개별 인터뷰는 ACS 및 우울 증상 이후 시간별로 계층화되며 (a) 감정적 증상; (b) 건강 행동 문제; (c) MBCT 개입에 대한 특정 선호도; 및 (d) 그룹 화상회의의 잠재적 장벽 및 촉진제 및 (e) 핏자국 데이터 수집. 참가자는 또한 우울증 증상, 마음 챙김 특성, 건강 행동, 후속 시험에서 MBCT 개입에 의해 잠재적으로 영향을 받을 수 있는 기타 심리적, 행동적, 신체적 구조를 자세히 설명하는 설문 조사를 완료할 것입니다. 개별 인터뷰에서 수집된 데이터는 향후 임상 시험을 위한 MBCT 적응 및 연구 절차를 안내하는 데 사용됩니다.
