この研究は、オールカマーの患者の転帰を決定するために、学術施設と地域の診療所にまたがる、よく特徴づけられた患者を登録簿に登録することによって、現実世界のデータ収集を使用する実現可能性をテストします。 科学界は、日常の臨床診療で処方される新たに承認された治療法の安全性と有効性をより深く理解することでさらに恩恵を受けるでしょう。
臨床試験では治療を受けていないが、標準治療のオシメルチニブ+/-化学療法を受けているEGFR変異NSCLC患者の転帰を比較する、曝露群あたり250人の参加者による非介入（観察）研究（最大合計参加者538人まで）。
担当医師は、患者が標準治療の単剤オシメルチニブを受けるか、オシメルチニブと化学療法を受けるかを決定し、計画された治療は登録時に記録されます。
臨床/画像評価は担当医師ごとに行われます。 患者報告結果 (PRO) は、15 週間のデータ収集期間ごとに 1 ～ 3 回行われます。

臨床試験では治療を受けていないが、PrE1702登録に参加している学会および地域の診療所でオシメルチニブ+/-化学療法を受けているEGFR変異NSCLC患者。
説明
包含基準:
- 患者は非小細胞肺がん (NSCLC) の病理学的に確認された診断を受けていなければなりません。
- 患者は、IIIB（根治的集学的治療を受けられない）、IIIC、またはIV（ステージI〜IIIの疾患の事前診断後の局所再発または遠隔再発疾患を含む）として定義される進行疾患を有している必要があります。 すべての病期分類は、米国癌合同委員会 (AJCC)/国際肺癌研究協会 (IASLC) 第 8 版の病期分類基準に基づいています。
- 患者の腫瘍は、EGFRに体細胞活性化感作変異（例えば、エクソン19欠失、L858R、E709X、G719X、エクソン19挿入、L861Q、S768I）を有さなければならないが、これらに限定されない。 EGFR に非感作性変異（EGFR エクソン 20 挿入）がある患者は対象外です。 血漿、細胞学、または腫瘍組織は、標準治療の変異検査に利用できます。
- 患者は以前にEGFR TKI剤による治療を受けていてはなりません。 EGFR変異が特定される前にNSCLCの一次治療として投与された化学療法および/または免疫療法は、配列決定情報の返却を可能にするために45日以内の研究登録が認められます。
- 患者はEA5182またはその他の治療試験に参加してはなりません。 オシメルチニブ +/- 化学療法は第一選択治療として実施する必要があり、臨床試験の一環として実施することはできません。
- この病気に対して何らかの環境で以前に放射線療法を受けた患者が対象となります。
- 成人の年齢は 18 歳以上です。
- 患者は、データ収集および研究関連の分析について治験審査委員会が承認した同意書を理解する能力と、それに署名する意欲を持っていなければなりません。 これは治療試験ではありません。
