상세 설명
이 연구는 모든 참가자의 환자 결과를 결정하기 위해 학술 및 지역 사회 실습 사이트에 걸쳐 잘 특성화된 환자를 레지스트리에 모집하여 실제 데이터 수집을 사용하는 타당성을 테스트합니다. 과학계는 일상적인 임상 실습에서 처방되는 새로 승인된 치료법의 안전성과 효과에 대한 더 큰 이해를 통해 더욱 많은 이익을 얻을 수 있습니다.
노출 그룹당 참가자 250명(최대 누적 최대 총 참가자 538명)을 대상으로 한 비중재(관찰) 연구로, 임상 시험에서 치료를 받지 않았지만 표준 치료 오시머티닙 +/- 화학요법을 받고 있는 EGFR 변이 NSCLC 환자의 결과를 비교했습니다.
치료 의사는 환자가 표준 치료 단일 제제인 오시머티닙을 받을 것인지 화학요법과 함께 오시머티닙을 받을 것인지 결정하고 계획된 치료는 등록 시 기록됩니다.
임상/영상 평가는 치료 의사에 따라 이루어집니다. 환자 보고 결과(PRO)는 15주 데이터 수집 기간당 1~3회 수행됩니다.

설명
포함 기준:
- 환자는 병리학적으로 확인된 비소세포폐암(NSCLC) 진단을 받아야 합니다.
- 환자는 IIIB(확실한 다중 양식 요법을 받을 수 없음), IIIC 또는 IV(I기-III기 질환의 사전 진단 후 국소 또는 원격 재발성 질환 포함)로 정의된 진행성 질환을 가지고 있어야 합니다. 모든 병기 결정은 미국 암 합동위원회(AJCC)/국제 폐암 연구 협회(IASLC) 제8판 병기 결정 기준을 따릅니다.
- 환자 종양은 EGFR에 체세포 활성화 감작 돌연변이(예: 엑손 19 결실, L858R, E709X, G719X, 엑손 19 삽입, L861Q, S768I)가 있어야 합니다. EGFR에 민감하지 않은 돌연변이(EGFR 엑손 20 삽입)가 있는 환자는 적합하지 않습니다. 혈장, 세포학 또는 종양 조직은 표준 치료 돌연변이 테스트에 활용될 수 있습니다.
- 환자는 이전에 EGFR TKI 제제로 치료를 받은 적이 없어야 합니다. EGFR 돌연변이가 확인되기 전에 NSCLC에 대한 1차 치료법으로 투여된 이전 화학요법 및/또는 면역요법은 서열정보 반환을 허용하기 위해 연구 등록 후 45일 이내로 허용됩니다.
- 환자는 EA5182 또는 기타 치료 시험에 참여해서는 안 됩니다. 오시머티닙 +/- 화학요법은 1차 치료로 제공되어야 하며 임상 시험의 일부로 제공될 수 없습니다.
- 이 질병에 대해 어떤 환경에서든 이전에 방사선 치료를 받은 환자는 자격이 있습니다.
- 성인 연령 ≥ 18세.
