불응성 전이성 유방암에서 주간 Irinotecan과 Docetaxel의 2상 시험
근거: 화학 요법에 사용되는 이리노테칸 및 도세탁셀과 같은 약물은 종양 세포가 분열하는 것을 막는 다양한 방식으로 작용하여 종양 세포가 성장을 멈추거나 죽습니다. 하나 이상의 화학요법 약물을 병용하면 더 많은 종양 세포를 죽일 수 있습니다.

환자는 1일과 8일에 1시간에 걸쳐 도세탁셀 IV를 받은 후 1시간에 걸쳐 이리노테칸 IV를 투여받습니다. 과정은 질병 진행이나 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 21일마다 반복됩니다. 완전 반응(CR)을 달성한 환자는 CR 외에 2개의 추가 과정을 받습니다.
환자는 질병이 진행될 때까지 2개월마다, 그 이후에는 6개월마다 추적 관찰됩니다.

- 이전에 보조 설정 및/또는 전이성 질환에 대한 화학 요법으로 치료
적어도 하나의 일차원적으로 측정 가능한 병변
- CT 스캔 또는 MRI로 최소 20mm 또는 나선형 CT 스캔으로 최소 10mm
- 표면적 임상 병변(예: 피부 결절 또는 만져지는 림프절)은 허용됩니다.
- 흉부 X-레이의 병변은 명확하게 정의되고 통기된 폐로 둘러싸인 경우 허용됩니다.
