본 연구의 목적은 시판 예정인 로피나비르/리토나비르(LPV/r) 정제 제형과 시판 중인 연질 겔 캡슐(SGC) 제형의 안전성 및 내약성을 비교하고 안전성, 내약성 및 항바이러스 활성을 비교하는 것이다. 이전에 항레트로바이러스 치료를 받은 적이 없는 환자에게 선별된 뉴클레오사이드 역전사효소 억제제(NRTI)와 함께 LPV/r 정제 제제를 1일 1회(QD) 및 1일 2회(BID) 투여합니다.

- 피험자는 인간 면역결핍 바이러스 1형(HIV-1) 양성, 이전 항레트로바이러스 요법을 받은 지 7일 미만인 18세 이상의 항레트로바이러스 치료 경험이 없는 성인이었습니다.
- 피험자는 스크리닝 시 혈장 HIV-1 리보핵산(RNA) 수치가 >= 1,000 copies/mL였으며 급성 질환이 없었습니다.
- 여성 피험자는 임신하지 않았으며 수유하지 않았습니다.
제외 기준
실험실 분석 선별 검사에서 다음과 같은 비정상적인 실험실 결과가 나타난 경우 피험자는 제외되었습니다.
- B형 간염 표면 항원(HBsAg)의 존재
- 헤모글로빈 <= 8.0g/dL
- 절대 호중구 수 <= 750 세포/마이크로리터
- 혈소판 수 <= 50,000/mL
- ALT(Alanine aminotransferase) 또는 AST(aspartate aminotransferase) >= 3.0 x 정상 상한(ULN)
