- 스크리닝 방문 시 50세 이상의 남성 및 여성;
여성은 폐경 후 최소 1년이 지나거나 외과적으로 불임 상태여야 하거나, 가임 가능성이 있는 경우 스크리닝 방문 시 음성 임신 검사를 받아야 합니다.
o 가임 여성은 연구 전반에 걸쳐 매우 효과적인 피임 방법을 사용하는 데 동의해야 합니다.
- 이전에 레이저 광응고술 및/또는 광역동 요법(PDT) 및/또는 IVT VEGF 길항제(치료 경험 없음)를 포함한 신생혈관성 AMD에 대한 치료를 받은 적이 없으며;
- 스크리닝 시 연구 안구에서 SD-OCT에 의해 명확한 황반하 유체 또는 황반하 형광 혈관조영술(FA) 누출에 의해 입증된 AMD(폴립상 맥락막 혈관병증(PCV) 포함)에 이차적인 활성 황반밑 맥락막 혈관신생(CNV) 병변이 있음;
- 스크리닝 시 연구 안구에서 78 내지 25의 ETDRS BCVA 문자 점수를 가짐;
- 연구 서면 동의서(ICF)에 기꺼이 서명하고 서명할 수 있습니다.
제외 기준:
- 식이 보충제 또는 비타민을 제외하고 연구 안구에서 신생혈관성 AMD의 치료를 위해 임의의 사전 안구 또는 전신 치료(연구 또는 승인) 또는 수술을 받은 적이 있는 자;
- 기준선 방문 전 1개월(30일) 이내에 임의의 중재적 임상 시험에 피험자로 참여했습니다.
- 총 병변 면적의 50% 이상인 망막하 출혈이 있거나 혈액이 중심와 아래에 있고 스크리닝 시 연구 안구에서 크기가 하나 이상의 디스크 면적(2.5mm2 초과)인 경우;
- 스크리닝 시 또는 기준선 검사 시 연구 안구에서 임의의 망막 색소 상피 파열 또는 찢김이 있음;
- 스크리닝 전 8주 이내에 기준선에서 검사 시 연구 눈에 유리체 출혈이 있거나 유리체 출혈의 병력이 있거나;
- CNV의 다른 원인이 있는 경우
- 연구 안구에서 이전에 평면부 유리체 절제술을 받았음;
- 스크리닝 시 또는 기준선에서의 검사 시 전체 두께 황반 구멍의 존재 또는 연구 안구의 전체 두께 황반 구멍의 이력이 있거나;
- 연구 안구에 이전의 섬유주절제술 또는 다른 여과 수술을 받음;
- 조절되지 않는 녹내장이 있습니다.
- 스크리닝 시 또는 기준선 검사 시 한쪽 눈에 활동성 안내 염증이 있거나 한쪽 눈에 포도막염 병력이 있거나;
- 연구 안구에 후낭이 없는 무수정체 또는 가성 수정체(이트륨 알루미늄 가넷(YAG) 후낭 절개술의 결과로 발생하지 않는 한)가 있습니다.
- 조사자의 의견에 따라 연구 기간 동안 의학적 또는 외과적 개입이 필요할 수 있는 연구 안구의 백내장을 포함한 상당한 매체 혼탁;
- 기준일 1일 전 6개월 이내에 임플란트를 포함하여 장기간 작용하는 안구내 스테로이드를 임의로 사용한 경우,
- 포비돈 요오드에 대한 알려진 알레르기 또는 혈관 조영술 주사를 위한 플루오레세인 나트륨에 대한 알려진 심각한 알레르기가 있습니다.
- 활성 대조군에 대해 FDA(Food and Drug Administration) 승인 라벨에 표시된 알려진 금기 사항의 이력
