这是一项前瞻性观察性研究,包括使用自扩张瓣膜或球囊扩张瓣膜接受 TAVI 的患者。
手术后,患者将在住院期间(或至少 72 小时)接受心电图监测,并且所有患者将每天进行心电图检查直至出院。
出院时新发持续性 LBBB 患者(新发 LBBB 至少持续 48 小时,出院时持续至少 3 天,手术后最多 15 天)将接受植入式循环记录仪 Reveal ICM LINQ®,将植入皮下以记录足够的 QRS 复合波和 P 波。
