- 身体活跃(每周锻炼超过 3 次,持续至少 30 分钟)或久坐(每周没有超过 1 小时的正式锻炼)
排除标准:
- 当前吸烟者
- 病史或证据:肝病、肾病、血液病、周围血管疾病、中风/神经血管疾病、糖尿病、高血压
- 弱势群体的一部分(例如 孕妇、囚犯、缺乏同意能力的人等)
