Inclusion Criteria:

  • Idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy

Exclusion Criteria:

  • a history of alcohol abuse, diabetes mellitus, endocrine disorders, hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
