Kinematisk, kinetisk og metabolisk sammenligning af bilateral transfemoral ambulation med passive versus drevne proteseanordninger

Formålet med denne beskrivende og eksplorative pilotundersøgelse er at undersøge: (1) hoftekinematik og -kinetik i sagittal plan og (2) metabolisk forbrug/omkostninger, for bilateral transfemoral gang med passive proteser versus powered proteser.
Pilotstudiet vil indsamle data fra tre forsøgspersoner med bilaterale transfemorale amputationer.
Forskelle i kinetik, kinematik og iltforbrug/-omkostninger ved sammenligning af passive og drevne komponenter kan indikere fordele ved klinisk anvendelse af drevne enheder til personer med amputation af underekstremiteterne.

Personer med bilateral transfemoral amputation, som er ambulatorer på samfundsniveau.
Enkeltpersoner er ambulerende med ikke-drevne proteseanordninger.
Beskrivelse
Inklusionskriterier:
- Mand eller kvinde
- Alle årsager til amputation af lemmer: medfødt, traume, vaskulær, redning af lemmer, infektion.
- Alle transfemorale resterende lemmerlængder: leddisartikulering, lang, medium, kort, meget kort.
- Forsøgspersoner går i øjeblikket med fuldstændig passive proteser dagligt.
- Forsøgspersoner går uden hjælpemidler ELLER med enkeltpunktstok.
- Rollatorer på højt aktivitetsniveau
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Alder < 18 eller > 45 år
- Medicinske komorbiditeter eller eksisterende tilstande, der kan hæmme forsøgspersonernes evne til at fuldføre protokollen med undtagelse af amputationerne.
- Nuværende medicin eller farmaceutiske indgreb, der kan hæmme forsøgspersonernes evne til at fuldføre protokollen.
- Enhver drevet protesekomponent eller protese, inklusive men ikke eksklusivt til: Össur Proprio Foot, BiOM eller BiOM T2 System Foot, Ossur Power Knee, Össur Symbionic Leg.
- Emner, der kræver en rollator, krykker, firkantet stok eller andre hjælpemidler, undtagen en enkelt stok.
- Rollatorer på lavt aktivitetsniveau
