Bilateraalisen transfemoraalisen liikkumisen kinemaattinen, kineettinen ja metabolinen vertailu passiivisten versus powered proteesilaitteiden kanssa
keskiviikko 3. huhtikuuta 2019 päivittänyt: Dana Craig, Southern California Institute for Research and Education
Tämän kuvailevan ja tutkivan pilottitutkimuksen tarkoituksena on tutkia: (1) sagitaalitasoisen lonkan kinematiikkaa ja kinetiikkaa ja (2) metabolista kulutusta/kustannuksia, kahdenvälistä transfemoraalista kävelyä passiivisilla proteeseilla versus powered proteeseja.
Pilottitutkimuksessa kerätään tietoja kolmelta henkilöltä, joilla on kahdenväliset transfemoraaliset amputaatiot.
Erot kinetiikassa, kinematiikassa ja hapenkulutuksessa/kustannuksissa verrattaessa passiivisia ja virtalähteitä saaneita komponentteja voivat viitata hyötyihin sähkökäyttöisten laitteiden kliinisessä käytössä henkilöille, joilla on alaraajan amputaatio.
