Porównanie kinematyczne, kinetyczne i metaboliczne obustronnego poruszania się przez udo z biernymi i zasilanymi urządzeniami protetycznymi
3 kwietnia 2019 zaktualizowane przez: Dana Craig, Southern California Institute for Research and Education
Celem tego opisowego i eksploracyjnego badania pilotażowego jest zbadanie: (1) kinematyki i kinetyki stawu biodrowego w płaszczyźnie strzałkowej oraz (2) zużycia/kosztu metabolicznego dla obustronnego chodzenia przez udo z protezami pasywnymi w porównaniu z protezami zasilanymi.
W badaniu pilotażowym zostaną zebrane dane od trzech osób z obustronnymi amputacjami przez udo.
Różnice w kinetyce, kinematyce i zużyciu/kosztach tlenu przy porównaniu elementów pasywnych i zasilanych mogą wskazywać na korzyści dla klinicznego zastosowania urządzeń zasilanych u osób po amputacji kończyn dolnych.

Osoby poruszają się ambulatoryjne z niezasilanymi urządzeniami protetycznymi.
Opis
Kryteria przyjęcia:
- Mężczyzna czy kobieta
- Wszystkie przyczyny amputacji kończyn: wrodzone, urazowe, naczyniowe, ratujące kończynę, infekcje.
- Wszystkie długości kikuta udowego: rozczłonkowanie stawu, długie, średnie, krótkie, bardzo krótkie.
- Pacjenci obecnie chodzą codziennie z całkowicie pasywnymi protezami.
- Badani chodzą bez urządzeń wspomagających LUB z laską jednopunktową.
- Piechurzy o wysokiej aktywności
Kryteria wyłączenia:
- Wiek < 18 lub > 45 lat
- Choroby współistniejące lub istniejące schorzenia, które mogą utrudniać pacjentom wykonanie protokołu z wyłączeniem amputacji.
- Aktualne leki lub interwencje farmaceutyczne, które mogą utrudniać pacjentom dokończenie protokołu.
- Każdy napędzany element protezy lub proteza, w tym między innymi: stopa Ossur Proprio, stopa systemu BiOM lub BiOM T2, kolano Ossur Power Knee, noga Ossur Symbionic.
- Osoby wymagające chodzika, kul, laski czworokątnej lub innych urządzeń pomocniczych z wyłączeniem laski jednopunktowej.
- Piechurzy o niskim poziomie aktywności
