Kinematischer, kinetischer und metabolischer Vergleich der bilateralen transfemoralen Bewegung mit passiven versus angetriebenen Prothesen

Der Zweck dieser deskriptiven und explorativen Pilotstudie ist die Untersuchung von: (1) Hüftkinematik und -kinetik in der Sagittalebene und (2) metabolischer Verbrauch/Kosten für bilaterales transfemorales Gehen mit passiven Prothesen im Vergleich zu angetriebenen Prothesen.
Die Pilotstudie wird Daten von drei Probanden mit bilateralen Oberschenkelamputationen sammeln.
Unterschiede in Kinetik, Kinematik und Sauerstoffverbrauch/Kosten beim Vergleich von passiven und angetriebenen Komponenten können auf Vorteile für die klinische Anwendung von angetriebenen Geräten für Personen mit Amputation der unteren Extremitäten hinweisen.

Studienpopulation
Personen mit bilateraler Oberschenkelamputation, die ambulant auf Gemeindeebene sind.
Einzelpersonen sind mit nicht angetriebenen Prothesen gehfähig.
Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- Männlich oder weiblich
- Alle Ursachen einer Gliedmaßenamputation: angeboren, Trauma, Gefäß, Gliedmaßenerhaltung, Infektion.
- Alle Oberschenkelstumpflängen: Gelenkexartikulation, lang, mittel, kurz, sehr kurz.
- Die Probanden gehen derzeit täglich mit vollständig passiven Prothesen.
- Die Probanden gehen ohne Hilfsmittel ODER mit einem Stock mit einer Spitze.
- Wanderer mit hohem Aktivitätsniveau
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Alter < 18 oder > 45 Jahre
- Medizinische Komorbiditäten oder bestehende Zustände, die die Fähigkeit des Probanden beeinträchtigen können, das Protokoll mit Ausnahme der Amputationen abzuschließen.
- Aktuelle Medikamente oder pharmazeutische Eingriffe, die die Fähigkeit des Probanden beeinträchtigen können, das Protokoll abzuschließen.
- Alle angetriebenen Prothesenkomponenten oder Prothesen, einschließlich, aber nicht ausschließlich: Ossur Proprio Foot, BiOM oder BiOM T2 System Foot, Ossur Power Knee, Ossur Symbionic Leg.
- Probanden, die eine Gehhilfe, Krücken, einen Viererstock oder andere Hilfsgeräte mit Ausnahme eines Einzelstocks benötigen.
- Geher mit geringer Aktivität
