Your Role: MES CAMSTAR PROJECT LEAD

As the MES Camstar Project Lead, you’ll spearhead the deployment and advancement of our Manufacturing Execution System- Camstar. This role is perfect for those with a solid background in manufacturing project leadership, an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. You'll manage MES Camstar projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet our strategic and business needs, with the aim of enhancing manufacturing execution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and plan MES projects in close collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring flawless execution and optimal resource allocation.

  • Oversee project budgets, adjust strategies based on financial analysis, and ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained.

  • Monitor project performance, communicate updates, and manage risks to minimize project uncertainties.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

  • Lead steering committee meetings to ensure cohesive project efforts across departments.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing sector, with a strong technical background and project management expertise.

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).

  • PMP / PRINCE II certification and Six Sigma Green Belt certification are advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
