Job Description
Location:Please be aware this is a site based role at our client's premises which is based in Grange Castle, Dublin 5 days per week Monday - Friday.

A Day in the Life:
· Perform Point of use cycle stock count and the investigation of stock discrepancies.
· Perform additional inventory management related functions.
· Receives inbound deliveries daily.
· Investigate and action delivery discrepancies accordingly.
· Facilitate orders for consumable inventory replenishment by entering replenishment orders into the system based on the business requirements.
· Manage inbound deliveries, handling hazardous materials in accordance with health and safety processes, and handling the stock put-away operation.
· Performs all customer site specific tasks as per relevant customer SOW and customer SOP’s.
· Face to face customer interaction daily and assisting in dealing with customer product queries.
Keys to Success:
· Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
· Experience working in a warehouse or inventory role is essential.
· Experience with Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
· Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to deliver excellent customer service including maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
· Operating skills to use handheld scanners and learn to enter data in various systems are vital.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
· Confident and comfortable working independently as part of a larger team.
· Good organization and time management skills.
· Must maintain Thermo Fisher Scientifics’ Four-I Values.
· Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and Fisher.
