Job Description

Position Summary:

The ANZ Tenders & Contracts Administrator will support our ANZ business in the administration, coordination and maintenance of all commercial tenders and contracts. You will lead and deliver contract compliance across various areas including reporting, product and price maintenance, tender briefings and working with government contract personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan tender notifications and seek opportunities for our business.

Log tenders and coordinate tender requests.

Prepare & lodge all tender submissions in accordance with RFT (request for tender) guidelines to a highly professional standard.

Coordinate samples and respond to requests by contract authorities.

Lead tender submissions on behalf of the tender team and ensure responses are delivered in line with tender timelines.

Communicate progress to all internal and external team members.

Own the implementation of our awarded equipment/instrument tenders using project management skills to ensure key achievements are met.

Identify obstacles that may affect key contract milestones and mitigate or escalate as the need arises.

Liaise with commercial team members and provide insights to any customer activity. Communicate where action or follow up is required.

Utilise Salesforce.com to record tender and contract activity.

Participate in product/vendor/systems meetings to stay up to date on new product lines and current systems.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with tender submissions, contracts/legal or related experience

Previous sales or customer service experience

Meticulous attention to detail

Passion for providing outstanding customer service and achieving results through others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal

Able to handle fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines

Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise based on key result areas

Strong time management capabilities to optimally meet agreed deadlines

Highly motivated and resourceful individual that constantly seeks new ways to improve how work is done

Ability to navigate sophisticated customer RFP and contract documents

Ability to understand and prepare financial analysis and reports

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to build relationships with internal & external customers and staff to achieve results

Ability to handle pressure and achieve desired outcomes

Excellent digital literacy included in Microsoft Office, the ability to learn new concepts and packages as required by the position

Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills
