GeneralDescription:Recruitpotentialsubjects forstudytrialparticipationusingdatabase(s),newleadsgenerated byadvertising,referralsorothersourcesasneeded.Prescreenindividualsbytelephone toidentifypotentialstudysubjectsandfacilitatethesubjectscreeningvisit,or facilitatethesubjectprescreeningvisit.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Recruitsubjects forapproximately15-25studies

• Place50-60outboundcallsdaily

• Implementvariousrecruitmentstrategies fordifferentstudies inalignment withorganizationalgoalsandobjectives,aswellasenrollment contractswithSponsors

• WorkeffectivelywiththeClinicalResearchCoordinatorstoscheduleappropriatesubjectstoscreening,aswellaswiththePrescreeners toscheduleappropriatesubjectstoprescreen.

• WorkeffectivelywithMarketingSpecialisttodevelopplansandideasforthegenerationofnewstudysubjectleads

• Managenewleadsquicklyandeffectivelytoconvertpotentialsubjectstoenrolledstudysubjectsasefficientlyaspossible

• UtilizeClinicalConductortogenerateleadsfromthedatabase forcurrentandupcomingtrials

• UpdateClinicalConductorregularlytoensuremostrecentsubjectinformationiscontainedthere

• Utilizeotherdatabasesasavailabletomaximizestudypopulationinaccordancewiththegoalsoftheorganizationaswellasstudysponsors

• Triagepotentialsubjectsandalignthemwiththebeststudytomeettheneedsofthesubject,organization,andsponsor

• CommunicateswithSponsorpersonnelregardingstudyperformance andenrollment

• Performad-hocprojects/tasks asneeded
