Responsibilities

• Practical experience in continuous and end-to-end testing processes and methodologies/frameworks using modern JS automation frameworks
• Real-life experience with Agile methodologies including SCRUM; experience working with Test Suites and Test Plans
• Strong experience developing test cases and automation suites from business requirements and specifications
• Experience analyzing defects and preparing defect reports and defect metrics, preferably automated
• Ability to articulate the role of testing in software implementation and to influence the team towards a culture of "failing early" and "building quality in"
• Experience working with Selenium (or other automation tools) implementing parallel test execution
• Exposure to development builds and deployment procedures using Continuous Integration (CI)
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate transparently
• A history of successfully bringing innovative solutions to complex problems
• Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to details

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Experience in Quality Assurance Methodologies & Quality Assurance Processes including Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver or JS-based frameworks.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, attention to details, and communication skills
• Automated testing experience is mandatory
• Knowledge requirements:
• Modern Javascript/Typescript
• Good understanding of how Browser works
• Good understanding of HTTP, RESTful and API Testing
• Expertise with testing web applications and services
• Expertise with databases with the ability to write SQL queries
• Understanding of modern development stacks
