Intern - Performance Management & Insights department

Discovers various roles in PM&I team (business analyst, developer, service consultant) via several short assignments.  Learns to work with client and data in pharmacy sector.  Contributes to client projects and services delivered by the team.


Essential Functions:


• Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements/problems
• Develops documentation and specifications
• Performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions
• Assists Analysts and Consultants in design and structures of presentations
• Participates in client support service – coordinates incident and problem resolution process across interdisciplinary, cross country support team, maintains service-related communication with clients

• Develops, modifies and/or tests BI solution


Qualifications:


• MSc degree or equivalent (ideally in Computer Science, Electronics or related technical area)

• Very good command of English, strong oral and written communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
• Strong leadership, ownership, teamwork
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing and business intelligence concepts and tools
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
• Effective time management skills
