Engagement Manager - Management Consulting

Essential Functions• Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development anddelivery of client solutions.• Leads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develops and costs associatedproposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction with limited if any senior management input.• Manages the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity.• Develops project plan with timelines and deliverables and leads project to successful completion, on-time andon-budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance.• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.• Serves as key point of contact with client.

Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree Req and Master degrees is a preferance• 8 years of related experience Req• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area.• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.• Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies.• Effective time management skills.
