Are you looking for part time medical sales opportunity that meets your current needs, or an opportunity to break into medical device sales?  IQVIA is looking for a high performing sales representative who is interested in a part time, 2.5 days per week, opportunity, that includes incentive compensation, to join our team! We are keenly interested in high energy, drive, and passionate people.

The Substance Use Disorder Representative will be responsible for supporting and driving demand for customer products for innovative opioid use disorder intervention devices.  The position requires someone with a strong business acumen that can work in a team environment.  Representatives will be working with a call list provided by the client to meet with physicians and provide education, identify key referral networks and determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.

Responsibilities:

•            Successfully completes all assigned training for the role, as well as dedicates the necessary time to both retain and build the on foundational product and clinical training

•            Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advamed Policies, and Integrity Policies.

•            Compliance with promotional program and lunch and learns for HCPS.

•            Provide timely updates to Project Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.

•            Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles

•            Classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. 

•            Determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.

•            Identify key referral networks for the assigned therapy

Requirements:

•            4-year degree from an accredited college or university required; healthcare degree is a plus

•            1 yr business to business, Healthcare, Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical sales required

•            Experience working for recovery treatment centers with a focus on business outreach preferred

•            Experience calling on Substance Use Treatment Centers preferred

•            Proven and consistent track record of top performance and achievements with documented evidence to support

•            Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills

•            Demonstrated ability to apply technical and/or

scientific knowledge

•            Consultative sales experience with healthcare industry account management

•            Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships

•            Strong interpersonal skills

•            Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience preferred

•            Candidate should reside in or live within proximity to the assigned geographical territory

•            A valid driver’s license

The potential base pay range for this role is 40,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
