IQVIA is excited to announce a permanent opportunity starting in January 2024 at our new North Sydney office for a highly motivated . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the strategic daily management of allocated patient/clinical support programs. You will oversee program documents, staff performance, client interaction, and the development of new programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, track, and report project timelines.
- Generate and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for both internal and external team members, as well as senior management.
- Collaborate with project resources both within and outside the organization.
- Take charge of financial reporting, including deliverables tracking and invoicing.
- Monitor and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Provide mentorship to Program Coordinators.
- Contribute to proposal development and participate in sales/proposal presentations.
- Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
- Set goals to enhance the knowledge and skills of Program Managers.
- Implement continuous improvement activities for assigned projects.
- Develop and oversee the maintenance of internal databases and project plans.
- Partner with other Program Managers to drive and implement process improvements.
- Present project information at internal and external meetings.
- Ensure work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies, procedures, and adheres to project timeline metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Understanding and general knowledge of health services.
- Proficiency in national clinical systems.
- Ability to manage your workload with minimal guidance.
- Capacity to monitor and plan to achieve program objectives.
- Clinical competence in the relevant disease area.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
