How will you make an impact?

The Sr. Manager, Commercial Enablement will own and drive incremental growth initiatives within the UV-Vis Spectroscopy business. With the support of the Product Management, Commercial, and Marketing teams, this role focuses on driving customer value, differentiation, and sustained profitable growth.

Reporting directly to the Director & General Manager of the business, you will collaborate with commercial, product management, and applications team, to ensure we are connecting our customers with Uv-vis capabilities to drive their success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, and strong intuition for business and commercial orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of growth projects and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal (BID, CMD, GDS) and external channels
  • Develop and implement a streamlined process for prioritizing and implementing partnerships, with the goal of driving expansion into high-growth adjacent markets.
  • Together with the channel management team, establish and refine processes to support execution with channel partners, encouraging positive strong relationships and ensuring successful teamwork.
  • Work closely with internal teams as well as external channels to ensure that our offerings deliver a strong value proposition to our customers, ultimately improving their experience
  • Own engagement cadence with regional commercial teams, communicate business strategy, priorities, and manage vital support from the business unit, including pricing, training, marketing, service, and technical support
  • Acts as an active participant and influential member of the team, crafting strategy and enabling a high-performance culture

Experience and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science and/or degree in Business Marketing required.
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive career growth and experience in marketing, product management, strategy and / or sales leadership roles or meaningful experience, previous channel management experience is a plus
  • Highly developed commercial and eye for business ; an ability to recognize growth opportunities and capitalize on them
  • Effective communicator (verbal, written and presentation), with a proven ability to influence through clear communication.
  • Ability to understand, analyze and assimilate complex issues, draw correct conclusions, and formulate clear strategy and policies
  • Advanced in use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, to build strategic relationships and networks
  • Open to travel up to 40%
