The Team:

We are looking for a new Quality Process Specialist to join our friendly team. This is a technical role to support with maintaining the Quality Management Systems used to manage policies, procedures, audits, inspections and quality issues. 

You will be optimizing the use of Quality Management Systems to keep them current with industry, business and regulatory requirements, and providing governance over the data that is collected to support data integrity and reporting.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the design, development, implementation, testing, validation, documentation, review and maintenance of enterprise applications.

  • Supporting system administrators to help respond to user request for assistance.

  • Providing support to internal and external clients throughout all phases of the System Development Life Cycle

  • Applying understanding of company’s general business functions and systems to determine the impact of system changes to the business.

  • Evaluating new or updated products and services.

  • Providing mentoring and supporting the training of staff members.

  • Participating in initiatives to develop, test and implement system changes, integration, upgrades and patches.

  • Working with Operational teams to determine working procedures and best practices.

  • Contributing to opportunities of efficiency and improvement within the team and externally.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent completed.

  • 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (TrackWise and/or Vault Quality is preferred).

  • Experience implementing systems and process solutions

  • The ability to mentor and train other team members on system and process.

  • Strong knowledge of systems architecture and experience with application specific processes.

  • Strong familiarity with systems specific processes related to data/document management etc.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot problems.
