Job Summary

The Microbial Solutions business based in Charleston, SC is seeking a Software Engineering Intern.  Please note: This position is located onsite in Charleston, SC. 

This internship role will primarily work on projects associated with internal tools both in cartridge production and an update the SMT tool.The following are the responsibilities for the Software Engineering Intern:  •    Participate in the full R&D design, development and validation process.  •    Deliver a software development plan document. •    Develop/Deliver a prototype software build. •    Develop/Deliver a final software build. •    Responsible for software design documentation. •    Support additional work on other software projects such as AES, cartridge reader software, automation software, and other commercial products.

Job Qualifications

Education:  Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters related program in Computer Science or related degree. Experience: None.  Previous internship experience in software engineering preferred but not required.  Certification/Licensure: None

Compensation Data

This position pays $25 per hour USD. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, and location.
