Job responsibilities

Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing diverse pool of resources
  • Manage small teams and or work efforts to achieve milestones, quality deliverables and business outcomes
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, as well as any changes or risks associated with the project
  • Own and oversee the completion of project deliverables
  • Lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather information for projects
  • Organize and lead regular meetings to review progress with stakeholders
  • Adopt methods and tools to help support solutions for moderately complex organization change challenges

Stakeholder Management Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support other Internal Project Directors to manage pool of Internal Senior Associate Consultants
  • Report on project status to Internal Consultant Lead and other key stakeholders and work to escalate and resolve risks as necessary
  • Work with the business to stay connected on upcoming needs in order to develop new programs that address critical priorities
  • Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications to drive understanding about key changes alongside ETO
  • Work with Global PMO to track and update project progress, prioritization, budgets, and staffing
  • Work with HRBP, COE and People Services Leads to determine flex capacity support for project needs

People Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor junior members of the team and upskill them for more responsibility
  • Stay informed on HR industry trends / leading best practices around organizational change management and talent management
  • Assist team members in integrating effectively onto the team, providing instruction, assistance, and coaching on methodologies and work approached
  • Serve as a career advisor / mentor to more junior-level consultants
  • Develop best practices for the team and foster continuous improvement

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years of previous experience in a variety of Talent Management/Human Resource Manager/Client HRM
  • 3-5+ years of relevant HR experience in a client servicing and/or advisory role
  • Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member on functional projects
  • Experience driving large, complex projects and programs to a successful completion as well as ability to work in a global environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written & verbal), management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Possess strong facilitation and synthesis skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders on a common path forward
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize sophisticated information, working in situations where data may be absent or ambiguous and creative approaches are required
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
  • Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at change management, and capable of working in cross-functional teams
  • Track record to drive business results – identifies and capitalizes on opportunities, identifies risks/issues, assesses implications, formulates recommendations, and drives sound decisions that deliver results
  • Understanding of Talent Management and Design best practices, benchmarks, and industry trends to stay informed and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong planning, organization, delegation, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills
  • Possess expert knowledge of multiple HR functional areas
  • Experienced in agile methodologies
