How you will make an impact:
Discover impactful work as a Tender Specialist to join into our successful dynamic and international oriented Customer Service Organization.
Working in a small office based team in Warsaw, you will be handling the complete process, of tender monitoring and submission of our company quotation.
- In a close relationship with your local sales and service team you will respond to Polish tender invitations from our Thermo Fisher Scientific customers.
- Review tender specifications and documentation, highlight the clauses deviating from our company regulations.
- Assemble all required information and review final documentation in close co-operation with your Sales colleagues.
- Submit the tender quotation to meet the customer timelines.
- Update the tender database to monitor the tender process and results.
Keys to Success: Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Your skills and experiences:
- Polish first language, Proficient written and spoken English.
- Commercial or similar education.
- At least 2 years of experience in Polish procurement process.
- Validated knowledge and solid understanding on Polish procurement law and tender Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge on Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving and willingness to take decision.
- Strong social skills with the ability to build and handle relationships and effectively communicate to all levels of management and to build working collaborations outside of the Team.
