Job Description

  • Proactively monitors and maintains high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales performance forecast and planning activities with other functions and collaborators within the business.
  • Lead a sales team with 2-4 staff as well as coordinating with dealers to drive revenue growth, to develop new business opportunities, to increase the market coverage, brand awareness and customer allegiance.
  • Develop/maintain distribution network to achieve assigned target.
  • Build strategic relationships with existing key accounts, customers and lead team to win important projects with sound level of project management via salesforce.
  • Enhance team performance through strong coaching skills.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, Biology or Medicine related degree, Master is preferred.
  • 10+ years Sales/Commercial Experience with minimum 5 years team-management experience from Life Science or related industries.
  • Proven record of managing sales teams and achieving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and lead employees to achieve performance objectives.
  • High resilient and results orientated.
