UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer where you will be working alongside the design and product teams to create engaging customer experiences that drive measurable business impact. This position collaborates with product teams and engineering to be the voice of the user and to define the next generation of our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with design, product, and engineering to create brand-defining digital solutions 

• Deliver high-quality user experiences and user interfaces in line with our customer and business needs across all our products and solutions

• Develop user experience artifacts like personas, scenarios, and user stories

• Work with product, engineering, and stakeholders to identify requirements

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups

• Understanding critique as an inspiring part of creative development and integrating feedback into design iterations

• Understanding of accessibility requirements and how to design inclusive experiences

• Assisting with front-end development standards

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent work experience

• 2-4 years of experience developing experiences or interactive user interfaces for web applications

• Experience in working with software patterns and working with UX design systems 

• Working knowledge of UX/design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, or similar

• An understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as design heuristics

• Comfortable communicating about project ideas and designs via collaboration tools (Invision and Teams), presentation tools (PowerPoint) as well as live video calls
